is it possible to change the low voltage alarm within the radio as it could be set too high?  What kind of voltage are you seeing on your other electronics?  If it's not a simple plug in connection or other connector then you will need a volt meter to help troubleshoot. check your connections where the radio connects to power. check your voltage where the radio connects to power under the console.  If less that 12v keep checking connections. check connections on the power and ground wires all the way to the bus bar mounted on the transom of the boat. If it's not a power issue or connection issue, then it's the radio itself.  By the way, your battery should be 12-13 volts.
