OK Thanks, I guess it is ok. I just had two friends comment about the rubbing as well as my concern with the vinyl seat back.Dave.

My understanding is that it will only use power when actually sounding the horn in an alarm condition (open lid), so you should be able to leave it on indefinately.Dave

two independant for me as well. I took them off my previous boat and have not installed them yet on my new boat as I am not sure where I want them yet., but port side for climbing in/out of boat makes a lot of sense to me.My buddy has the triangle one and hates it, buttons too close to each other he says.Dave

I can honestly say I have received compliments on my trailer. they are nice trailers for sure compared to my previous two trailers.By the way, is the u-bolt at the front of the trailer for clipping the winch strap hook to when the boat is off the trailer? so hook does not chip paint? Thanks, Dave.

I had a 97 150 EFI. Check your voltage regulators. Yellow wires/connectors. I bet they are burnt. If you replace them, make sure you get the new style with the ground wire and fuse.Dave.

I have my first brand new boat and purchased the Aurora cover for it. I will be keeping my boat for a long time. I plan to use the cover for traveling anytime over about 1 – 1 1/2 hours. And everytime it is rainy/foggy or I know Ill need to leave the truck & boat unattended for any amount of time.My thinking is the balance of time to take on/off the cover for a short 30 min drive to the ramp vs longer trip and potential for allowing the carpet/upholstery to get soiled due to things out of my control. Also, the cover is on the boat under my boatport as a dust cover, a very expensive dust cover. I have not traveled with it yet since it just arrived about 10 days ago. It is an impressive cover which looks like will last the life of the boat.Dave.

The Aurora cover is “strapless” with a cinch-strap that snugs under the rub-rail of the boat. I cannot see how it will damage anything.Dave.

I have a Caracal and it is nowhere near 24-10″ min storage. Id agree to 21-10″ but never measured.Dave.

Measured length at lunch. Id say 22-6″ min length will give a little wiggle room. (motor trimmed down and tongue swung)Dave

Couldnt the potential buyer look at the boat on weekend number 1.Transfer funds during week.Pick up boat on weekend number 2.If serious, one week extra shouldnt change anything for the buyer.Dave.
