How often do they post pics. I have a Caracal that should be done and ready to ship. Chomping at the bit just a little.

Im curious about the crossover comment. If by design no crossover is found in the seat speaker or the head unit (highly unlikely) then I would agree the speaker may be doomed but that would imply poor design resulting in a high failure rate…..right? Of course playing the system at full volume or to the level of distortion can be an issue for any speaker. Back in my youth I proved that theory.

The first two trips my trailer looked exactly like STIP shows. If you can envision it, on the steeper ramp I had a little more bunk showing up front and about the same amount of the rear fender showing to keep the boat from getting on the fender. My thought is that angle gets the keel in deeper near that front roller and so that is why it is there. I would guess if we had I hit the trailer perfect the keel would have still hit the roller but made no mark and we would not be having this discussion. Winds were 15+ so a little more of a challenge. My wife does the launching/trailer too and I saw she was off a little but let her keep coming so it was on me. Every boat seems to have its little differences but it hurts when the learning comes with a little damage.

The mercmonitor I have is a level 2 and has a NMEA 2K cable. So shouldnt I be able to drop down from the HB console and connect to it by adding T and the terminator??

I think the fiberglass box is a very nice upgrade. But looking at functionality for me I say the grab bar is not needed especially when BCB calls it out as a significant cost factor. Also as some others have suggested, a rubber-like material covering more of the surface seems a better choice. I kneel on that lid when getting into the livewell and that grit surface is real hard on skin and clothing. I get that the surface is both a step and a place to lean on and safety is always a good concern. Considering both, I would opt for a different surface.I think it is great that BCB is always looking at improvements and respects our opinions.

I still have to decide what I want and order the boat…so plenty of time to get a cover made🙂 I am just concerned if the cover puts excessive stress on the 360 unit. I’m thinking not but looking for feedback from those who have tackled this set up.

I like the foam block idea because I’m looking at an Ultrex and the whole shaft rotates so the 360 mounts to the head unit and not sure if I can rotate it enough to get it at least even with the motor shaft.

I think I have seen that on a friends runabout and it is a very nice product combining traction and comfort. My knees will thank you BCB!

Thanks for that info and lines up with what I believed logically to be true in the absence of experience. If hole shot is my priority what prop would be recommended? I understand favoring hole shot could mean sacrificing top speed.vs going after a balance between the two.

Wow I thought this would be an easy question for BCB??

Now that is the kind of detailed answer I have come to expect and appreciate…thanks. I completely get the inventory rotation thing and that was the reason I asked the original question. Now it’s a wait and see game….fingers crossed.

Price drop to $50,000.   This is a great deal on an extremely clean rig.

OK sorry bad choice of words. It starts loading a new Lynx from June 14, then a couple 6/14 updates for phone number and office hours then starts loading boats from past years going backwards and nothing from June 2019 until like 2017. Like the last 18 months is missing.
