Then the head hunters would not get paid. Great sign though!!!! Wish you well and if you are going to relocate to the Columbia area Santee and Murray offer some great fishing. If you go to Santee drive slow until you figure it out. Real shallow areas and it has claimed a lot of lower units. Jake

Have to agree with Hawgwild. I am in the market for a new bass boat. I have looked at some used Puma/Cougars and even posted a question or two for the board. Decided I would wait till February to make the purchase of a new Puma/Cougar. I have looked at a lot of other boats, Skeeter, Ranger, Triton, Champion, Bullet, Legend and one thing stands out when looking at pics, the rod straps on the BassCat boats. It will not be the only deciding factor when I purchase a new boat. I have made several calls to the Regional Marketing/Sales person for Legend and BassCat and was very impressed with the person from BassCat. I have reviewed all manufactures forums (I cannot believe the others do not have a link to the owners forum on their website) and have found what a lot of you know. BassCat does have a very loyal following. Have even called Andy Greenes and will set up a boat ride in the near future, 3 hours away. But, looking at the pictures and seeing the rod straps that look much like my 1993 Stratos is not cool. Just my two cents worth.

Beautiful weather here in NC……my son and I are heading to Shearon Harris Reservoir tomorrow. If the bass arent biting gonna take some minnows and jigs and try for the crappie.

Borrowed my dads boat last summer. On the way back to NC from the Chesapeake Bay was rear ended by an 18 wheeler on I-95. Total loss of the boat and truck. Man does he let me have it each time I talk to him about buying us another beach boat. The only good thing about it was he was in the vehicle with me. He is 72 years old and still loves to fish. I know I dont have many years left but each time we hit the water together I am like a child in the candy store. Jake

+ 1 for the North Carolina State Fairgrounds. I would love to see a Bass Cat in person and be able to give one a good look over.

UNC “had/have” the best linebacker group in the nation. This is going to hurt real bad. Seems like the second stringers have been practicing for a couple of weeks knowing they were probably going to play. BD did suspend Marvin Austin who a lot of people picked as a first rounder. Doesnt look good for us Carolina Fans. Basketball season is just around the corner. GO HEELS

Live 15 miles from I 95 just north of SC line. Tomorrow is going to be a bad day to travel. Snow in the am then turning to sleet and freezing rain. Expecting .50 to .75 inches of ice, .25 snaps power lines, throughout the I 95 corridor in NC. Their drive thru Va. will mostly be snow, then changing to sleet and freezing rain mid NC. Hope this helps. 3 inches of snow on the ground today.
