07 Puma, do not believe there has been a repair made. Im the second owner, it was like new when I got it.

It is from the seat back to the back. In a pretty straight line about 5 inches tall below the lightning bolt or whatever it is on the side.

I would inspect the rest of the trailer for damage as well. I had a similar experience in snow a few years back. I was only going about 10 mph, but that was a enough force to total the trailer, the whole front end of the trailer was bent and twisted. I could not tell until the boat was off it and it was unhooked from my truck.
