thank you to the anonymous pro staffer who answered my question…apparently size is really a touchy subject around these parts. aeration is/was not the issue. the livewells are GREAT, plenty BIG, as is the boat. this time of year i add ice to cool off the water a bit as surface temps are almost 90 even in the morning. the water im fishing @ 15-30 feet is probably in the mid to upper 70s. store ice will almost always have chlorine, the chemicals are to neutralize that. no other reason. both the heat and the chlorine are toxic to mr LMB. to mix and maintain you need to know how many gallons will be treated. sorry to rile feathers so early. ill try to work on that…no more size questions! thank you to all who helped.
