Fished there last Sunday and am fishing the AR Hawghunters there tomorrow. Water was warm for this time of year, hopefully the bass are biting tomorrow as well as the jacks were last weekend. Caught an eyeful of a nice Puma at the ramp at the end of the day.

The MBOA tourney at Greers cancelled this weekend. I havent seen anything on the BFL the following weekend after the ABA. Has anyone heard anything on the BFL event at Greers?

Is it typically better to use a ski pole or a sling with floating connector that clips to the rear tie downs ? Ive heard that the slings work better since there is less stress on the connection point. Is there a BCB model that lends itself to tubing/skiing better than others?

It is set up with a CMC 5 1/2″ Jackplate with a 22″ Raker. Originally had a 24″ Raker with no JP, when the JP was added the 24″ was blowing out and went to a 22″. I need more wheel time before I can really let her eat, which will probably be this spring. I had her on the Delaware River on Friday, but there was way too much debris in the water to do anything. Yesterday my youngest and I took her up to Beltsville, which is a 45mph limit lake, which was good to get a feel for how the boat handles. I was running just under 4,000 RPM to stay below 45 and was playing around with the throttle and trim to find out what could and couldnt do, managed to squeeze in a little fishing and caught my first keeper as well.I love this boat!!!!

I have seen several requests over the years for BCB to get into the Walleye Boat market. What a way to break in! Congratulations BCB!

The A rig is only legal in AR if you are within 50 of a Marina on a LRCOE lake.

I would think the TM would have to be stowed and poles down to be considered anchored. An angler could have your poles down and not touching…

What measurements are you looking for?

Here are the measurements, although I am not sure how much they will help. The forward position of the TM pedal makes the deck fish bigger than other boats. If your in the NE area Id be happy to take you out this weekend, either the DE River or Upper Bay (tbd). These are off an 09 Sabre:TM well to center of seat post 16.5″.Approximate corner to corner of the carpet by TM well 36″.TM well to end of tackle storage deck lid 49.75″.TM well to end of pax side rod locker lid 73.25″.Width of rod locker to rod locker at the end of the tackle storage 56″.BCB please correct as necessary.

I have the extension, but havent installed it yet. I have not come across a time where I needed more deck space, other than my rod tips extending past the rod locker when stored on the deck and the only way to fix that is a bigger boat (or smaller rods).

Cat-sausage. I wonder if that be “the color that shall not be named”.
