This was a 34 + pound limit during the Vanity Cup at Clearlake in March. The smallest was just over 6# and the largest just over 9#.

Elwood,You need Enamel Reducer not remover, Atfer cleaning off the old I wiped the area down with 50/50 Alcahol and water and stick the new one and then wax the area real good.

Basscat22,If you win a sanctioned tournament you must provide a photo at the weigh in, then fill out the quest form and submit it to Bass Cat for payment. This is the way I understand it. You can get all the forms here on the Quest board. Good luck and I hope you collect alot of Quest money.Tim Hendricks

The person you forgot the name of was probally Ivan Williams, He is most likely the most informative person you could ever meet when it comes to bass boats, and not just the #1 BassCats but he can demonstrate what the other companys do as opposed to Basscat. I have had several conversations with him and he NEVER fails to impress me with his knowledge. Congrats on the new Kitty, I am sure you will enjoy it. Tim Hendricks

Bassman, The rear lid is designed to come off the hinges easy for rear compartment access when changing batterys and what not, so you can get it out of the way. The glove compartment is possibly just an adjustment issue and your dealer should be able to take care of this. The rod straps are what Basscat uses and in rough water on some of my other boats the quick bucke system has come undone. It may take a little longer to buckle down but when you get to where you are going you will still have rods. And last but not least CONGRATS on the new ride you will enjoy it as the Cougar FTD is an awsome boat. Tim Hendricks

This boat is cherry, Chad is a close friend of mine and I used this boat about a month ago and it is in pristine shape, I know Chad lowered the price on this rig because he is getting close to having his new one and like alot of us he dont have room for 2 in the garage. If anyone is considering a P4 you would be a fool to pass this one up. And if you can not beleive you can buy this nice of a boat for this little money then look at the wrapped Puma and I would be HAPPY to take your money but it will be alot more. All joking aside this is a awsome boat !!

Hey Ward, Talk to Chad this morning and he said the way things are going you might get it in December. LOL . It is an awsome boat and it is blowing the competitors out of the water. I hope you enjoy it as much as he has. Tim Hendricks http://www.mossdale-boats.com
