Thanks for the responses guys and BCB! I looked again at the connectors and it looks like they have the round to five pin flat connector on the parts and accessories page of BCB. There is a little cube relay that came with the package for trailering, suppose to install in the block under the dash on passengers side. Anybody know what the relay does? Or does it just power up the connectors at the back. Thanks again.

How long does it normally take to get one of these step and poles delivered? Is it a 3 week or better wait time? If that is the case I better get on the ball and get a set ordered.

Just my luck, Im snowed in and was planning on installing this tomorrow with the responses I got this evening. Well just my luck I was hoping to get this installed tomorrow while Im snowed in here in Kansas but I just read where BassCat has shut her down for tomorrow. I was going to call them to see what they had to say about the install. Puma Jim, I havent had any luck searching for any information in past posts, you dont happen to remember who it was that sent you the pics. for your install do you? Did you end up having to cut the flanges off the bottom of the trailer to get it to fit. I would appreciate any help here, cabin fever you know!cLast edited by bazcat on February 2nd, 2011, 12:48 am, edited 1 time in total.

Yeah, I have a buddy that had the MG powrelift. when it worked it was good ,but when it didnt you had to remove some hardware.

Nobody else add this to their boats. I thought it would be a neat addition to keep fishing partners reels from scratching the fiberglass.

Thanks for the reply guys! Sounds like it will fit for now in the recess tray but I really like the look of that balzout mount. Did some searching on the web about it and it seems to be highly rated. The discussions about the ram mounts seem to be about loosining up in rough water and having to readjust. Internet pricing seems to be around the 160.00 range.
