Wish I could find something to fit a 2006 Pan 4 with an Ultrex

This is the closest I have found, same issue for my 2006 trailer.
Sounds to me like you have the right plan. 4 blade should help accomplish everything you are looking for, especially if you don’t care about any sacrificed top end speed. Based on what you explained, if I was picking I would probably go 24p.
