Has anybody gone this route yet? If I do end up ordering a new Sabre FTD it would be nice to know if the Verado is a option. The Verados are extremely popular with us walleye guys and they are truly awesome engines. Once you have used the digital throttle and steering it is hard to go back.

It actually has a 3500lb rating. I think with a cooler and synthetic oil, it might be ok. I would take it easy pulling out of the ramp. I can always use our company truck for long distance towing. I am checking into a new Arcadia right now which has a 4500lb rating. I am considering a Pantera and I would think that vehicle would be fine for either. I will let you know what I decide. Thanks for all the input!

I am interested if you are willing to part with them for $25,000. If so, PLEASE send me some pictures. I have a line on two boats and I would like some other options before I make my purchase. Thanks! Rich@drop-n-stay.com

I like that boat but I am looking for a few less hours on the big motor. Great deal though, I am sure it will not last long.

I am going for a ride in a Puma (my first) this weekend. Knowing me, all I will want will be the Puma! Seriously though, I am just not in a big rush at all since I am from Wisconsin. Our season is half over already so as long as I have a Cat by end of February, I am fine. Had lots of good deals come my way so far so keep them coming. Thanks guys.

I love the wrap! I am thinking of putting one on my next boat. How much does something like that cost roughly if you dont mind me asking?

I like 30lb power pro with a leader either steel of heavy flouro. For walleyes use 10lb xt for trolling and 6lb crystal or sensation solar for jigging. Walleye fishing has been unreal here (Lake Winnebago) as well as pike. Let us know how you do!Last edited by richstadler on July 16th, 2008, 12:44 am, edited 1 time in total.

Thanks! They are a big hit with the walleye/perch guys but I know you bass guys dont anchor much. I just sent you an email, hopefully we can work something out.
