The classic had 3.0 but I already ordered the sabre ftd with merc 150 4 stroke. Maybe just a getting older kind of thing. Just havent had an 18 ft boat since my 18 4 champ.
Thanks to all that replied. i guess the real bummer is what about all that tackle? When I sold the classic I was glad I had a cover on the truck or I would have to had a yard sell in Alabama before I left. My wife thinks I mite have panic attacks if I can take the store with me when I go fishing.
Thanks, Ive only got about 3-4 hours on this thing and I dont have a lot of lift. I do have a new 24 trophy that I can have reworked. This is my 3rd cat so Im just trying to get a feel on the what would be the best prop on this one. Thanks
Thanks to all that replied and yes the fury has a great hole shot. All you guys running stock props? I guess I like a little more lift than I got just use to the old classic I had and not counting the number of champions that Ive owned. Being an ole truck driver for ever you can just about drive anything. Thanks
Hey thanks, Im in se Indiana and was wandering what numbers was out there. Ive always run tempest and trophys and this boat come with a 25 fury. Cant seem to get but 5600 rpms myself 1/2 tank fuel and jack plate flush also.
