Deerbass, try that 23 it should work on Ute, Conchas, Elephant Butte and other lakes at that elevation. I have a Cougar with a 225 efi running a 24 Trophy in Colorado in the hot months………Good luck, Van
A couple of us kitty owners on the Colorado front range are running 23-24 pitch trophys at 4000 and higher. I can step up to a 25p at Lake Powell, my boat is a Cougar w/ 225 efi……Van
I have a 2000 cougar, I believe the hulls were the same just different layouts. I have the flippin deck compartment and have more than enough storage. I would think that the Jags ride might be slightly better since its heavier but dont know if its that noticable.
