No it is not. CABA is sanctioned, though not FOM. You can have one event sanctioned, or group other serial numbers for a series, or sanction the series if you are outside of 100 miles from a dealership,or you can have your loal dealer sanction the series, if htey have openings. Hope this helps!BCB
