First couple of questions for BCB

1. How long do I have to transfer the warrenty into my name after the purchase?2. I was looking at puting a jack plate on and was wondering if I would have to cut and cover a new hole for the steering cable so that i do not put them in a bind or are all Sabres controls with or without a jack plate located the same place?Thank you for your helpElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud

There is no set time for a Warranty Transfer. The cables should work fine with a 6″ plate as they are located, and you can pop a couple of grommet holes in behind those if you feel they are in too much of a bind. Though we have run them as is. BCB

Great I was worried about the angle of the steering cables after a jack plate was installed.I will get the warrenty ASAP, taxes on an out of state boat are kicking my butt.Took me a while to research and figure out what the little round compartment with the sping in it inside the main front storage compartment was for. Great Idea!!!! LOLI was to going to run the boat today but had a sick kid that had to be picked up. Did get the water pump changed out so that I could start out fresh and know when normal maintainence needs to be performed.Thank you ElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud

If the boat was used and you bought it out of state you should only pay taxes on the trailer when registered. Then a small fee to register with LDWF. Any questions send me a message.
