Topic: TRIM | Bass Cat

I was out back in my garage cleaning up my boat this morning. Noticed a little spot on the ground under the motor and thought it was lower unit grease. After further inspection it is coming from one of the pumps on my trim. If you are looking at the boat from the back side it is the pump on the right. Is not leaking that much and am wondering how difficult it is to replace the seals in this. Is it something I can do later this Winter and just keep an eye on it. Not sure how long its been leaking but everything seems to work just fine. ThanksJoey

It requires a special tool on the rear nut and the seal is in that apparatus.BCB

Take it to a dealer. It should be under warranty.

Thanks, checked the fluid level to see just how much it was leaking. Must have just started as it is full. Will try to get it to somebody in the next couple weeks to have it checked out. ThanksJoeyPS: Did not even think about it still being under warranty !!!
