I baught a new master lock set for the sabre trailer and the pin is to short to go though enough to lock. Any ideas? Dont want my trailer stolen.

If you have a swing away take the pin out.

These are hard to come by, I found one a year or so ago at an Autozone and bought one before that I believe at Bass Pro. The longer Master Lock is what you need and they work great. Hard to find though and i wont trailer without one.

I dont know how youre trying to lock your trailer to your vehicle, but a regular lock works for me. You dont have to go through both sides of the latch. Only one side is sufficient. Pin for the other side just to keep it from dangling around.

I bought mine at a regular trailer sales store. They were master locks and bought one for trailer and for hitch. Have a B&w tow and stow. What a good thing if you leave your hitch on your truck or suv.pant 2BOB

its a new trailer for the sabre. I have the long thin master lock pin lock and it doesnt fit and lock. The trailer comes with a little unlockable little pin. Seems anyone could take that pin out, unhitch the trailer and be go with the rig. Helppppppppppppp!
