Brake caliper & pad removal and replacement 2001 sing axle trailor?

I just replaced the pads and rotors on my 01 P3. and I found this pdf file from UFP very helpful. The pads are listed in the pdf and you can get them at any auto parts store, you will find the hardware like clips and rotors are not stocked at many places, I ordered mine thru UFP after finding that they dont stock them at Basscat for that model.
