puma on ebay?

What is the deal with the puma for sale on ebay. It appears to be a clean looking very nice rig with a 275 verado on it. However, it has been listed on ebay for along time and the owner is now only wanting $9,000. Id say more than likely its a Scam. You know the saying if its too good to be true……
