2025 Cougar?

I just bought a 2024 Cougar for $92,000. Now a 2025 Cougar is $79,900? I want a refund

Make sure  you are comparing apples to apples.  How loaded is your rig with electronics, TM, shallow anchors, hydraulic jack plate, etc. compared to the cheaper model.  If you added 4,5,6 large screen electronics compared to a couple Helix 9’s there is going to be a price difference for sure.  I haven’t looked at the 2025 Cougar so I have no idea what the equipment included is but I guessing it has something to do with lower price.

yep That new promotion is a screaming deal.  Bass Cat usually picks on model per year to SP special pricing and it’s just the Cougar this time.  Priced to I think with the lesser quality boats packages.   Compare the options you added and I think you will be close to that price.  Also delivery dealer prep batteries etc would probably add 2K

My boat came with 2- 10″ Garmin, 2 power poles, one battery. Actually, that blue cougar in the picture is my boat. They used it for photo shoot.

Ouch, that’s a big drop. Did you check all the specs?

That is a big difference, I called 4 dealers to get a qoute on a new pantera and there was 1 dealer that was charging about $20,000 more for the same boat with maybe a $400 upgrade on a item. I lost all respect for that dealer and would never buy a drain plug from them. Others were within $ 4 – 7 thousand of eaqch other.  shopping around was worth it to me. Shame on some dealers.
