Looking to do some cosmetic work on my 1987 Pantera. I have old holes from a previous depth finder on my dash. Any suggestion as to how I can make this look better? Thinking that a decal or sticker may look too odd. Thanks!

You could get a carbon fiber plate from eBay and cut to match the shape the top of the entire console. My friend did this with his and it worked great.
