Help Getting Right Prop for 2021 Sabre FTD 175 Mercury

BON TEMPS here.  I recently adopted a Sabre FTD 2021 model with a 125 Mercury.  It had all lithium batteries in the trunk and a brand new Ultrex Quest beast on the bow.   The trolling motor weighs 85 pounds with the 360 HB attached.  I carry very little fishing equipment  as I crappie jig fish. The 175 hp 4 stroke Mercury came with a 24 pitch Fury on it.  I am not looking to TOP GUN fly but I just want her to get up on plain quickly, have good steering, and cruise at 45 mph to 50 top speed.  I need to get the RPMs up as the Fury seems to only max out at 5,000 currently.  I am considering a 4 blade prop for control and getting up on plain quickly.  It's been recommended to lower the motor 1/2 inch as it seems the bow is digging in and I have to get a really high motor tilt to get up on plain.  The weight distribution of heavy trolling motor on the bow and the lite lithiums in the back are probably why the factor presets are not optimal at this time. Any and All suggestions are welcome.  Oh, I fish in the Deep South where it's typically very hot and humid. Ive been told that makes a difference as to how the Mercury purrs.
