I have a 94 Pantera II with 150 Merc. I did have a 23 Tempest that had quite a bit of work done to it. I could tickle 65 mph gps with it. But, I slung a blade on it. So it is now history. I just bought a Powertech TRO4 last week. Got a 23 pitch. With the 23 I could get almost 64 mph with 50 gallons of fuel and 62 with tanks full and livewells full. But it would only turn around 5500. So I am sending it back for a 22 pitch. I might end up faster with this prop out of the box than the worked tempest I did have. I would definetely try one on your rig. Holeshot with the tempest was good. Holeshot on the powertech wasnt too woopy. But, I figure with the 22 it will improve quite a bit. If you are interested in trying a Powertech give Steve Glenn @ Keystone Propeller Service in Sand Springs, OK a call. He is a cool guy and will help you all he can. His number is 918-245-1222. Email is keyprop@hotmail.com Hope this helps.
