2008 Optimax Pro XS 250 seal and shaft repairs

1st issue with the lower unit Fall of last year when servicing for winter I got a good shot of water out of the lower unit before the lower unit oil came out which in itself was strange as there was very little mixing of water and oil if any at all. Did a pressure test and found leak at rear seals of prop shaft -typical I see - the question is do I just change those 2 seals and put it all together and pressure test it again or does the prop shaft come out reasonably easy to replace any of the other o-rings and/or seals? Any video links to removal of the prop shaft? it does not have the typical rear casing that pounds off there is just the retaining ring in the rear which I assume starts the removal process of the shaft.
