BCB – Question my 2018 Caracal dog bowl’s drink holder is not draining after rain. I pulled the holders out and below them is solid foam. Are they
supposed to drain ? Is a tube supposed to attach to the bottom of the holder and run to the centerline ? Is the foam supposed to be cut out to the
centerline ? Please let me know how you would rectify. Thanks BCB
