Wouldnt be surprised if your local KIA dealer had something that would work. And there is always the local hydraulic hose company option. We have multiple places around here that will make hard and soft brake lines while you wait. They mainly need to know the length, and have a sample of the fitting on each end… Also, you can go the real auto parts house way, find a flex hose with threaded connectors on both ends, then go look in their hydraulic fittings boxes and search for a banjo fitting with the correct female thread on the other end. 1/2 done. Now find whatever it takes to match the other end of the hose to the end of the brake line, probably a female-to-female type thing.
