Was just by the factory and saw a Caracal that looked to be ready for shipping. Saw it had a 26 fury 4. BCB can you comment on performance with this wheel?
That seems stiff, though it probably was ordered as such. At times dealers will have a 24″ and swap them for the 26″ after delivery.

BCB can you comment on performance with this wheel? My 2015 Caracal arrived with a 26 fury 3. It was very slow out of the hole. Changed to 25 fury 3 and in the spring and fall it is my go to prop. In the summer I change to a 24 fury 4 and love the hole shot with it. In fact I like it so much I might leave it on all year round.
That would be our suggestion.
My 2018 came with a 25 Fury and it has been great in warm and cold water. Excellent hole shot.

Thanks.

Thanks.Sure, let me follow up on Saturday (I want to come up on my jackplate 1/4″ to see if it helps top end) I had it at 73.5 mph with the 25-3 and am averaging 68-70 with the 24-4….Flush jack plate.more to come.
What gas tank configuration do you guys have on your boats? Could help alot of people because I am guessing different configurations will produce different results.I just ordered mine and had them put a 24/4 Fury on it based on this post. Plenty of time before the boat shows up so I will be following this post closely.
Belly tank and 10 gal rear tank. only option on the 2015 model.
