If it’s still under warranty, they’ll replace for free. Out of warranty they’ll replace it for 50% off retail. Two year warranty. You’ll have to call their customer service and they’ll open a claim file. They’ll require photos of:
1. Transducer installation
2. Screen as the problem is happening.
3. Serial number which is on a tag where the cable hooks to GLS 10.
4. Update page on your unit showing latest update.
Ive just gone through this and new transducer fixed it. Unfortunately, I was out of warranty. They also ask if you tried to Calibrate it so try that while you’re on the water. It won’t calibrate as that’s a common symptom of bad transducer.
