Thanks Corey. I opted for the new engine because I felt that after spending the money to rebuild I would still have a motor with a years warranty remaining. The year on the power head I understand is a safe bet; however the year that I have left on the golden warranty, from my experience, is not worth the paper its written on. Im going to spend more but Ill have a new engine with 5 years of platinum warranty. Im 78 and hope I outlast the warranty!! LOL.
