After my experience with trying to get the original unit fixed to my satisfaction, I felt the best alternative was to purchase another brand, so I am already out $1000.00. I am hoping to recover some of my loss by selling this unit. It has not been installed. The mount is still in the original packing, but the service center retained the shipping box to return the old trolling motor.
