Been a while since Ive posted here, but a conversation in another forum got me thinking about BassCats again. Mine is doing ok other than being eleven (11) years old and showing wear in all the expected places. I had to do some glas work on it last year, but it wasnt the boats fault. Got a local guy to fix it and shes as good as an eleven year old boat that done what mine has can be. It needs new carpet, and it needs a bunch of latches replaced. The drain valve has frozen again, so I use a plug in the livewell, but it still floats and it still runs plenty fast enough for me. Ild like to put a new TR109 on the front, but Ive been spending so much of my spare time lately making molds that the 82 lb I am running hasnt annoyed me enough to get replaced yet and I just dont have any desire to fight the long shaft 109 in the corner unless I go to Havasu on a windy day. So how is everybody? Bob La Londehttp://www.cncmolds.com–Bob La Londe Forums, Free Lures, Product Reviewswww.YumaBassMan.com CNC Molds N Stuffwww.CNCMOLDS.com
Hi Bob,Good to see ya back. My 15 year old P2 is doing the same thing yours is. I need to compound mine out, but havent got up the nerve to tackle it. Headed to Lake Conroe tomorrow for a little boat, motor, and fishing exercise while we have 75 degree weather here in Texas. Front coming in on Thursday.George ClayGeorge
Its already been 11 years. Seems like yesterday when you got that boat.
Ive had it for ten (10). It was a demo boat. I got “new” a year old. –Bob La Londe Forums, Free Lures, Product Reviewswww.YumaBassMan.com CNC Molds N Stuffwww.CNCMOLDS.com

You know it still makes me pucker up and grip the seat of the truck in an unconventional manner when I see one of those burros in the road on my way to go fishing in the early AM or on the way home after dark. I still need to replace the trailer… but it still hauls the boat down the road. Welcome back, and I hope your still catching a few when you get to fish.
Whats the water temp like at Martinez or is it still to early???
Ditto on welcome back Bob. Was looking at your profile pictures. where did you get the rod holder on the side of the passenger seat. looks like a gun holder for a 4 wheeler? Is it the same or another type?
My PII will be 23 in March
