Stray Bullett and I are big believers in St Patrick. HE always seems to come through for us. We had a decent limit in the boat Sunday (about 17 lbs) and Bullett said cmon St Patrick we need just a little luck. No more than 3 minutes after his request we smacked a 6 pounder. We culled a 2.8. 3 minutes after that we catch a 3 pounder and culled a 2.10. We then strapped it all down and made the 100+ mile trek back to the launch. We figured we wouldnt win because Lake Cataoautchee gives up some giants. We finished 2nd (Media) with over 20 pounds and 6th Saturday (Childrens Miracle Network Tournament) with 16.72. Both days we asked St Patrick for good luck, health, and safety. All three came to fruition because the “run” that we make is beyond treacherous its insanity. Remember that tomorrow is St Patricks day wear your green drink your ?????? (Ill have an Abita Strawberry) and look forward to an awesome fishing year. Remember “A little luck goes a LONG WAY” Especially in this crazy world of FishingWE are believers!Last edited by happyhour on March 19th, 2010, 5:21 pm, edited 2 times in total.

you forgot gumbo, oysters, fried po-boys,shrimp,etoufee,abita,miller,bud,dos equis, stuff wrapped in bacon, plugged with crabmeat, and the list goes on and on. This weekend no tournaments, but the Tigers play Bass Cats Finest, the Razorbacks and I think well have to have a little Tailgate Practice.
GOOD TIMES TO BE HAD, happy, I was raised in BR, know what youre talking about- miss that stuff- loved it.BAYOU BANDIT
You are only a few hours down the road, come on down
Great job Guys!! That is some real nice fish for both tournaments. Those big girls are swolle up. Looks like they are ready to pop. Did yall cross the Big lake in those high winds? If you did then you are right. That would be insane!!!The only thing that makes me mad is I was working while Yall were fishing. I spent the last 2 days getting some issues worked out on my boat and trailer for our Toledo bend trip. That happens when you have an older rig but I dont like making that trek with borderline equipment. Keep on whippin on everybody. Your on a Roll this year already!Chris CoupelPaulina, La.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.
