Trailer Winch Bending

Recently noticed an issue on my 2025 Cougar. It appears the metal bracket connecting the winch to the trailer is bending at one corner. It doesn't appear to be close to breaking, but I'm curious if that bracket is part of the XLT winch attached to the trailer, or a part of the basscat trailer itself? Likely an issue that is covered by my warranty, but was hoping someone may know the source of the bracket you can see bending in the photo.

Not sure what’s up with all the bark and wood sticks inside the frame, though Phil is accurate and that is the base of the winch frame that is broken.
