I like the Flowrite valve, but they can have issues due to trash causing the flaps to get wedged open or they flaps just getting old. They are easy to rebuild. Also the control cables can break. While putting a plug in to hold water is not hard, it can be cold this time of year to pull it out. I have also broke the control arm on a valve because it was frozen up. I have actually thought about adding a second valve for pump out over adding a pump.I really think the best setup would be having a plug to hold the water, a pump to add water, a pump to recirculate water. Then have a Flowrite pump out valve in the line after the recirculate pump to allow remote pump out selection. Or just a simple selection valve that you have to reach under a hatch to turn for pump out.1997 Pantera Classic1999 Mercury 200 OptiMax25 Pitch TempestBobs 6″ Action Hydraulic Jack Plate
