Trailer hitch height?

What is the correct or recommended height for the trailer ball on the truck for an 06 Sabre 150 xr6 w/tandem trailer? Is the correct height before or after the boat weighs it down alittle?

We prefer going to 19″ to 20″ now. The old standard was 18″ for frame heights. You can measure your frame level and add 1.5″ for the bottom of the hitch. BCB

Can I use my 2″ drop hitch, upside down to give me 2″ higher. I bought a different truck that sits alittle bit lower now and if I turn my 2″ drop upward I think it would work, but I dont know if they sell a 2″ upward instead of 2″ drop or are they the same thing. Just want to be safe and know what BCB recommends, or anybody else. Thanks
