I installed a NCCO charge plug in my 2015 P2, I asked BASS Cat to install one, they do not offer it. I had one for 25 years in my Gamblers. Buy the NCCO, it has a pig tail, got it from West Marine on line, about $ 15, drill a 2 inch hole with a new hole saw ( sharp), be sure you use tape over the area to stop chipping. and be sure that there is clearence in the comparment area to run the pig tail, 3 small screw holes to drill assemble, and plug in your charger. Took me a half hour. I dont understand why BCB doesnt have them atandard, Nitro and others do. Hope this helps
Buy the SHO, Low 70s, GREAT hole shot, I have one.
Try checking your fuel line and primer bulb, ethanol has been degrading the insides of these lines and breaking them down with pieces of the line breaking loose and clogging fuel systems.
check your fuel line and primer bulb, the ethanol breaks down the inside of the hose, cut it open and you will see the damage
I have a P2 with the aluminum trailer, it did not come with the BC swing tonque, had problems and they built new trailer with BC swing tonque. Excellant Plus now. Make sure you have the BC tonque. BC went the extra mile to make it right. I now am in the market for a new Carical. There customer service and parts depts are second to none.
Again Thanks BCB, Order coming soon hopefully
Prior to purchsing my P2, I looked at Action Craft, Hewes and Sterling flats boats, I also looked at the R intercoastal. I then stopped at the SeaDek plant in Rockledge Fl, They told me that expected life of SeaDek was 3-5 years depending how the boat was stored. While I very much liked it compared to carpeting the flats boats still left a lot to be desired like rod boxes, the finish of the comprtments, dull unexcited finishes and seating was a after thought ie. a cushion Yuk. I stayed with a bass boat until someone comes up with something better. I asked BCB about SeaDek and was told no way. I tried. FYI
BCB, Would you like to experiment and build me a 2018 Caracal with SesDek ? Iam game if you are. I dare you, double dare LOL
Thanks BCB, Both for answering and giving me peace of mind with the Caracal.
I do not know what BCB take is on this, but I owned a excavation firm for 40 years and we did that on a number of times. On a tandem axle with springs, remove the tire, take a ratchet strap and lift up the axle to where it is about level and drive away. I would not suggest long distances but we did 10 -20 miles at reduced speeds a number of times. As far as the torsion axle trailers, I would do the same. Just my 2Cents

Not my experience, Customer service – Excellent Plus – Had issues, now buying another rig.
I ordered on Nov 1 a Caracal and sold my 2015 P2 to a buddy. I made the change mainly because of the width of the front deck and the center rod locker. I get the feeling that I am going to trip over the 10 rods on the deck in the P2. I had a Gambler for years before the P2 lots of room and the Caracal has even more. I ordered it with a 225SHO and rear 10 and 26 gal tanks so that I would get the underseat storage and still have room for the pole pumps. Hopefully I will get it in Florida by the end of January ( please BCB LOL) so that I can fish in Florida until April. Whichever choice you make its a Bass Cat. Excellent Plus.
BCB Thanks for answering. History teaches us how to not repeat it at times. You learn by experience. Have a Great New Year.
Call your dealer NOW. BCB closed until Jan 2. ONLY Dealer can get it done if possible
